GENERAL INFORMATION

DEPOSIT REQUIRED. All reservations require the first night's stay as a deposit due within 10 days from the time the reservation is made. We take check, cash, or credit card. Reservation is not guaranteed until deposit is received. A guaranteed reservation will hold your accommodation through the first night of your scheduled arrival.

WHEN DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED we will send you a confirmation.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE the balance is due and payable with cash, credit card or money order. Arrivals after 9pm will need to be preauthorized.

CHECK IN TIME IS 3:00 pm

CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00 am

CABINS ARE EQUIPPED with cooking utensils, cable TV, dishes, silverware, small appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee maker) , bed, bath, kitchen, linens, t-p, dish soap and garbage bags are furnished. Pool towels and briquettes are not supplied.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you find your plans have changed and you must cancel, call us at once. We will refund IF you have given us 30 days notice, less $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance may lose entire deposit. A cancellation within 7 days or less of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit plus any days we are unable to re-rent.

REFUNDS: No Refunds for late arrivals, early departures, construction, or poor weather conditions.

CLEANING AND DAMAGES: You must clean and put away all dishes, leave the furniture and floors as you found them and bring all garbage to outside dumpsters. You are responsible for all costs resulting from damages to the cabin during your stay. Any excessive cleaning or damages will be charged to your credit card.

OCCUPANCY AND CAR LIMITS POLICY: Maximum occupancy, which includes children, and car limits are non-negotiable. If guests exceed the limits, you will be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund. Courtesy and respect for your neighbors must be observed at all times.

RETURNED ITEMS: A $10 fee plus shipping costs applies to any lost and found items that Flying Arrow Resort returns to guests. Items found and not claimed within 30 days will be disposed of at the discretion of Flying Arrow Resort.

TERMINATION BY OWNER/SUBSTITUTIONS: Flying Arrow Resort strives to comply with all reservation requests. For specific vacation properties, however due to ownership changes, properties being removed from rental use, mechanical problems, or other unforeseen circumstances, Flying Arrow Resort cannot absolutely guarantee a specific rental property. Flying Arrow Resort reserves the right to change assignments without notice or liability should the unit or property become unavailable when comparable accommodations are not available. Guests will have the option of selecting from available properties at the published rate or receiving a complete refund of their reservation deposit.

MINIMUM NGHTS REQUIREMENTS: 3 nights minimum Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Alpenfest, Thanksgiving, and Dec. 23-Jan 2. 2 night minimum May and September, weekends and large cabins, excluding Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Alpenfest weekends (which are 3 night minimum).

SEASONAL HEATED POOL and ADULT HOT TUB: Available to Flying Arrow Resort Property cabins guests ONLY. (Cabins: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, Chinook and The Nez Perce)

PETS: NO PETS are allowed on the Flying Arrow Resort property, Managed cabins or premises.
