 Where do we check in for our stay? Flying Arrow Resort & Wallowa Lake Resort  are now ran out of the same office located at 84681 Ponderosa Ln Joseph Or 97846 About 300 yards before Flying Arrow Resort.  

Where is Flying Arrow Resorts  located? We are located at 59782 Wallowa Lake Hwy Joseph Oregon 97846. You can also print a map from our web site www.wallowalakecabinrentals.com .

What are the office hours? The office is open from 9 Am to 5 Pm.During the winter they can change but the phone is always answered.

How long have you been in Business? Flying Arrow Resort has been in business since the late 1950's Ron & Karen have owned it since 2005. 

How do I pick the best Wallowa Lake Cabin Rental for our trip? There are many options to pick from.Once you know your dates and how many people will be in the group you can pick from the options on our web page or give us a call at 541-432-2951 and we would be more than happy to advise you to the best cabin for your needs.

What is supplied in the cabin? The cabins come supplied with all bedding,Towles,TP, Shampoo,Bar Soap,garbage bags, dish soap,Pots,pans and all basic plates,glasses and silver ware. You want to bring your own( Lake towles,Briquest for the BBQ, wood if your cabin has a wood burning fireplace). 

How much is the motel tax? Oregon charges 1% and Wallowa county Charges 5% for a total of 6%.

How much of a deposit do I need to make a reservation? You only need to put down one nights stay for that cabins deposit.

How do I get my comfirmation? It will be emailed to you and if you dont have an email  it will be mailed to your address.

When do I pay the balance of our reservation? You pay your balance when you check in to your cabin at the office.

Can we make payments befor our stay? Absolutely.

 

What forms of payment do you accept? We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit cards and cash.

 

When can we check into our cabin? You can check in after 4 pm

 

When do we need to check out of our cabin? Check out is 11 am.

 

Is there WIFI? Several of the cabins do have WIFI if they do it is listed on the cabin discruption page  .If your cabin does not it is available around the office area and several restraunts in Joseph.

What is the weather? You can see the weather forcast at www.josephoregonweather.com

 

Where can we buy groceries? Mt Joseph Market is just 6 miles away in Joseph.Dollar Stretcher and Safeway are 15 miles away in Enterprise.

 

Can we have out door fires?  Sorry we are in a heavily wooded regulated area and are not allowed to have outdoor fires. 

Is it true the Wallowa Lake is open year round for fishing? Yes

 

Is there a fishing guide that you recomend for the areas river?   We have used Mac Huff several times and have done very well he can be contacted at www.eaglecapfishing.com

 

Is there a hospital in the area? Yes in Enterprise.

 

Is there cell phone coverage at the lake? Most verizon and us cellular phones now work Hoppfully Att will down the road.

RED = Prime Season: Memorial Day weekend - Sep 7th 
4 Night Minimum Stay for all Weekends in July & August, 3 Nights on Mid-Week, Memorial Day, June and Labor Day Weekends.
We also do 2 to 3 Night Fill-Ins if Possible.
e.g: If you find a 2 or 3 night slot open (see individual cabin pages for calendar), you can book it providing you take all those open nights (you will only be charged for those nights).1 night stays if accedted will be Prime season rate plus $15 per bed, short term cleaning fee to be added on 1 night stays.

BLUE = Mid Season: May1-22, Sept 8-Oct 6, Thanksgiving, Dec 23 - Jan 3
3 Night Minimum Stay for all Weekends. 2 night Minimum on Mid-week.
3 Nights for Thanksgiving (Thurs-Sun), Christmas (12/23-1/3).
We also do 2 Night Fill-Ins if Possible.
All 1 night stays are prime season rates if accepted.
